The men wer not on time. We are old and disabled. We had to rush and move our cars. I asked if it would poison my birdseed on the ground, he said yes. I hope none of the birds die. We have our bird feeders as nd hummingbird feeders. Very rude. Took 10 minutes left Bill on the door and left.

Eric demonstrated good customer service and was friendly and answered any questions I had about the service. He also spilled water out of the dog bowl inside my home and took the time to grab paper towels and clean up after himself. I’d prefer if Eric came out and did my service from now on.
