I have a bug problem that was solved by Dean, the employee on shift. His knowledge of my bug problem was quite impressive! I brought 2 dead bugs for his inspection and he showed me pictures of the German Roach. I am all set to do battle with those German Roaches. Please give this company your business.

I checked the price for the Taurus SC at other stores, and it typically ranges from $95 to $120. This store, however, tried to charge me $225, which is unreasonable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Fortunately, we have only the highest accolades for Bugtime Pest Control and in particular Gilbert Garcia, the technician that does our periodic pest control treatments on our property. He always does an exceptional job, taking the time to explain what he is doing. We live in a rural area prone to pests and Gilbert always sets up a barrier against the pests and insects allowing us to enjoy our property. Gilbert never rushes and is extremely thorough. As stated, our expectations for our service providers are high, and Bugtime Pest Control met and exceeded them. Dean (aka “one & done!) is by far the best pest control tech I have ever worked with. He’s not like many others that have to make multiple trips. On time, efficient, very polite and one treatment from him is all it takes. I have nicknamed him “one and done!”. I asked him why the other techs aren’t like him. He said he is not sure but maybe because he is middle aged and grew up with an older generation work ethic. Sounds about right. Thanks Cole for sending your A team! Since I have known Dean, he has treated our property for cutter ants, moles, grub worms and spiders. Bugtime Pest Control is highly recommended.
