I paid 260$ for a first time treatment, they have been to my home to spray for spiders 3 times in less than 2 months and I STILL have spiders and webs. So aggravating to keep calling about the same issue, I just assume eat the payment and call someone else to come out.

I saw multiple mature termites without wings coming out of the grout near the top of my shower - out of the wall - while i was showering. I get it is swarming season, but the inspector who came completely dismissed our concerns and left after 10 minutes. I asked for them to come because they were supposed to be thorough inspectors, but he did not do anything beyond what I had already done. Go somewhere else if you have any concerns about termites and need an inspection. He also stated that we would need a bait system at $400/year.

I used this pest control company for a termite inspection after noticing a faint hollow sound in a wooden cabinet door. The technician inspected all wooden structures in the house, including furniture, doors, and shelves. He confirmed early-stage termite activity and showed me small signs that were easy to miss. The treatment involved careful drilling and chemical injection into affected areas. It was a slow process but felt very thorough. There was a mild smell for a short time, but it faded quickly. Since then, no further damage has appeared, which gives me confidence in the service.
