I had an unexpected rodent/pest issue at home, and after calling three or four well-known pest control companies, Coyle’s Pest Control was the only one that responded with the understanding and sense of urgency the situation required. Cynthia was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and supportive throughout the process. She communicates very well, takes the time to listen and understand what the customer needs, and clearly cares about providing good service. Baylor, who came to my home for the initial inspection, was equally impressive. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous. He assessed the situation carefully, provided practical recommendations, and followed up within a couple of days to address the issue. I am very glad I found Coyle’s Pest Control and hope they continue to grow their business. They genuinely put their customers first, and it shows both in the quality of their work and in the way they treat people. I would highly recommend them.

We checked with several pest control companies to start services for our home. With animals in the house safety for the was very important to us. Cynthia is both personable and professional and was able to answer all of our questions. The appointment was setup within days of calling. Received amazing service from Coyle's Pest Control! Called their number yesterday regarding rates and how soon they can come in, due to a Wasp Nest outside my mother's home. Cynthia was very informative regarding what can be provided and their different rates offered. They were even able to come in as early as the next day to fix our problem, which was very shocking. The technician, Baylor, was very respectful and helpful in taking care of the nest as well as attending to the rest of the home. He even attended to a wasp I saw in the house during the service. I appreciated how calm he was while I was internally freaking out. I couldn't have asked for a better company, technician, and would recommend them to anyone in need of pest control!

I would like to say how I was so impressed with Mr. Burley and Mr. Bryce when they came to help me out. I found no pressure of any "up sale" , they informed me of the services they offered and I chose a plan that I was satisfied to get. Burley and Bryce were so friendly and so courteous. Where do I start. The best service I’ve ever received, especially since customer service in America declined when COVID was prevalent. Scheduling service was easy as 123. Availability was galore! He was early and knew exactly what type of treatment my new construction home needed. Did I mention the service was easy on my wallet? Best $ I spent! My office in downtown Houston has been serviced by Coyle’s for many years and they are such a great team to work with. Baylor is timely, professional, and so so nice. Our office is right by the bayou which means we are very close to a lot of potential pests and the monthly treatments we get from Coyle’s keep them all at bay.
