Very bad experience, Unfortunately they didn’t deliver what they promised for their service. The lady in the office didn’t keep her word. If you want to use there service make sure you get everything in writing.

Jordan was super nice and very professional. He helped me to find out that there was an infestation in my refrigerator that I hadn't realized was so bad. He even took photos to send to the property management people and recommend they change it out.

I've used Dave's since I've lived in the area and cannot recommend them enough. When we first moved in, we had fire ants making their way into the house, Dave took care of the issue and we had immediate results. Quarterly visits since then have kept pests to a minimum. There's been a couple times when something crops up in between visits and Dave gets out quickly to handle the issue at no extra cost. I will keep using Dave as long as I'm in the Houston area!
