She took the time to listen to my questions, thoroughly explained how their treatments work, and focused entirely on what my home actually needs rather than just trying to lock me into a hard sell. It felt less like a sales pitch and more like a helpful neighbor sharing great advice. It is so incredibly rare to run into that level of customer service and integrity these days. Tammy is a phenomenal asset to her company, and if their actual service is even half as good as her representation, we are in excellent hands! I initially talked to Tammy on the phone. She is very personable and explains everything involved up front. They were able to come out on the weekend (same week) which was very convenient for us. The tech who came out was Wyatt. Although I have had services like this before, he still walked me through as he did each part of the initial service. The price is right, the peace of mind is great and, cherry on top, they are a local company for me. I highly recommend.
