Tyson did a great job. Every professional and explained everything to me. No one wants to hear about having to get termite treatment for their home but he helped me through it and I would only trust Romex to do it since they have taken care of all of my other bug and mosquito issues along the way.

Another great technician and wonderful experience with Romex Pest Service.

They constantly harass us trying to sell to us, despite being told “no” several times. We have since put up a “ No Soliciting” sign just outside the entrance to our chamber door. However , despite this demand, they have not been deterred from knocking loudly on our door several times and ringing our doorbell, often waking our young sleeping children. They are the real “pests”

He was very good with his work. Did a good job inside and outside of our house.

Granbury: First of all they came to my home, did a quote and took pictures of the problem. Wasp n mosquitoes...both are still there a year later....I have brought this up to the attention of several managers and they all request to make the payment and promise they will come fix the problem themselves, ALL LIES, I am still waiting for the wasp to be deal with on my porch...and the are demanding payment??...for what?...a full year later I have the same problem I had a year before, while I gave explain I am severely allergic: WORST COMPANY EVER with horrible customer service!

Travis did an excellent job He was thorough and did everything we asked. Very professional and courteous. Would like to have him back every time for our service.

Travis was exceptional. His customer service was excellent in every way. Ill give 1 star for Travis' professionalism. However, the bug issue was not resolved. There are still ants on the house and in the flower beds beside the house. There are still little black in the kitchen dining room area. I cannot tell a difference in my $250.00 service. I will be calling customer service tomorrow to request a refund or additional service.

Donovan sprayed for midge flies I was having on my front porch and around my doors. He explained what he did and where he sprayed. He also retreated ants beds I had in my yard.
