Dustin was fantastic! I called him from many states away to request he take care of a wasp situation at a relative's home in Flint, TX. With no questions asked for my most unusual request, he attended to the problem. He was kind, empathetic, and courteous. A++++

These guys are amazing. Customer service is top notch. They are local, not a large chain. They treat my yard for mosquitos as well and it works! They also treat for bed bugs with successful outcomes!

I would highly recommend them. The owner did a WDI for me. He was prompt and very professional, all around good guy. He even re-emailed me the report at 11:00am on a Saturday!!! This company exemplifies customer service! I definitely recommend them. Good prices too.

The owner was Dustin, I think, and he sprayed my grandmothers mobile home that was BADLY infested with German cockroaches. For years she had tried different exterminators, bombs, sprays, cockroach hotels, you name it she tried it. Nothing worked and she was having trouble paying for the up keep to control it. I called Prime Pest Solutions, talked to Dusti, and he made it very easy. It was extremely affordable and only came out two maybe three times if I'm remembering correctly. They were finally gone!!!!!!!
