Salesman who comes to home and enrolled me said it was 60$ per quarter and they charged me 60$ per month. When I called customer care they said it’s 180$ per quarter and my billing is monthly so that’s why they are charging 60$ per month. That was not true at all and I am so clear when I talked to sales guy and he said 60$ per quarter. They are showing me agreement copy that says 60$ which was never shown. Some thing is wrong with this people and they are selling for one price and charging different price. Please be aware that they say price for quarterly and will charge you for monthly.

The total cost remains the same regardless of whether it is billed quarterly or split into monthly payments.Our intent is always to be transparent with pricing and ensure customers understand both the service frequency and billing schedule.

We had a great experience with Barefoot Mosquito when we first started using them. Unfortunately, after a change in ownership, everything went downhill. We were repeatedly charged for services that were supposedly performed inside our home on days when we were never notified and no one was home to let a technician in. When we contacted the company to dispute these charges, we were told they would speak to a supervisor and resolve the issue. Despite this, we continued to receive calls and emails saying we were behind on payments. This cycle happened at least 3–4 times—we were reassured it was fixed, only to be contacted again about unpaid balances. In the end the issues was resolved, but without lots of communication, frustration and wasted time. The service quality declined significantly, and the customer service was poor. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority for this company. I would not recommend Barefoot Mosquito.

Interior treatments are included when access is available; however, technicians are only able to enter the home if someone is present or if prior arrangements have been made. When access is not available, service is limited to the exterior of the property and documented accordingly.<br><br>While the account history reflects that services and communications were properly documented, we regret the frustration experienced during the resolution process and acknowledge that clearer communication would have been beneficial.<br><br>Customer satisfaction remains important to us, and we appreciate this feedback as it helps identify areas where communication can be improved moving forward.

We used this company for years for pest control and when we started to have an insect problem it revealed how little they care about their customers. After a few visits to treat the same bug they stopped calling me back to schedule retreats. I finally spoke to someone who informed me they needed to charge me extra for "German roaches". After contacting 3 other companies, their pricing was the most expensive to treat this. With more investigation with a better pest control company, it turns out it wasn't a German roach anyway... they incorrectly assumed this without any evidence, refused to continue to treat our house, tried to upcharge me, and when I called to cancel my service they said "sure" and did not even try to offer any incentive to stay or remedy their mistakes. Not only did they incorrectly treat and identify for months the problem, their pricing was the most expensive of the other 3 companies I called and their customer service lacking. I asked to speak to a manager regarding this. It has been a week and the manager has yet to call me back. I called twice to speak to a manager. Furthermore, they froze my online account so I can't even access old statements to see what pesticides they used so the new company doesn't double up the use of them. One of the worst companies... they do not truly care about their customers and it shows.

I'm rating this company 2 stars given the fact that after 2 years of me leaving the previous company I was with which they bought I decided not to use them anymore (no contract in place whatsoever) they continue to email and text me for an "overdue" bill which again I haven't used the previous company (I never technically used Barefoot Mosquito to begin with. They sent my so called "account" to bill collections. I would be very careful when using them as they seem to be very unethical if you dare not to use them or the previous company?! Very unprofessional

Barefoot mosquito took over All Seasons Pest Control & are starting to send their customers to collection agencies. I will be fighting back bc you don’t earn an 800+ credit score from NOT paying your bills. Also, I have an entire voicemail from a sales rep from barefoot asking me to schedule services as they were also sending me to ARM Solutions which is a collection agency This isn’t the last barefoot has heard from me. I will happily attach that voicemail if I I could. Come at be barefoot. I’m not stupid & will never use your service. My last payment was to All Seasons

Despite the comment from Barefoot below, I never authorized service. No one from Barefoot came here. Barefoot is only compounding the issue by claiming otherwise. On October 13th, 2025, this company fraudulently charged me $135. I did not authorize any work, they were never here. How they got my credit card info is a mystery. I will never do business with these people.

When we first got the service they had said it would be 50$ on a quarterly time every 4 months, everything seemed like it was going to be a good service even referred 4 other friends to get them for the service but after the first service the next month got a 96$ charge and when communicated to them they said they would refund but they wouldn’t so i would have to dispute with the bank since it wasn’t what was agreed but it kept happening that every month we would get charged for no service being done and not the amount that was agreed. We called to cancel and said i had to pay either way even though it wasn’t what was agreed and when the person that did the sales did it right infront of my camera agreement was called even have messages where the sales men said it was because of a new system. Honestly just bad service to begin with to now where they don’t want to cancel without having to pay for something that wasn’t agreed on or a service not being done. It’s definitely not what they promote or sale they ended up doing the whole opposite and charging way more and every month instead of quarterly

Not worth the money. We saw no change in the amount of mosquitos we had. We still couldn’t sit outside without being bit. Canceling is the biggest hassle. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and was put on hold numerous times. Just to cancel cost $100.

I’ve been with Barefoot (2+ years) recently bought Evolve pest control(3+ years) and since the merger the company and care for their customers have gone from 5 to -1 stars. They don’t communicate when they are coming out approximately, payment will be taken out when they feel Iike it without telling you. And as usual when you want to file a complaint no one is around. This company is a scam and will treat you less than. Choose a different company!

Wouldn’t recommend at all Guy told us it would be around $60 a month and they’d come out every three months. Sounded fine so we signed up. First charge was $60 just like he said Next day, random $5 charge Month after that, $97 I figured maybe it was just a one-time thing But then the next month again, another $97 We only keep enough money in that account for bills, so when I noticed the extra charges I emailed them right away to cancel. They replied saying we had to call to cancel. I told them again in writing to cancel us. They didn’t respond and just charged us again the next month without any heads-up. What makes it worse is I have the guy on my Ring camera and in person telling me what we’d be charged. I didn’t make it up. Almost $300 every three months for barely any work is insane. They were supposed to get rid of cobwebs and do a full treatment. There were still webs and spots untouched. Felt like all talk. I even referred them to my mom and we have several rentals in the family. Same story. They show up once, promise to come back, and never do. Once they get paid, good luck getting a hold of them again. Not worth it. They don’t do what they say and they don’t communicate. Save yourself the stress.
