Will not return phone calls -no show. Had him for years and will not call when termites show up. Better get some one else!

They came and gave us a termite clearance letter for the VA loan that we had 6 months ago. They said they treated for the termites that were here. For two days we have called them cuz we are trying to refinance the house. We see evidence of termites and they need to retreat the house. But they won't answer the phone and their mailbox is full for the last 2 days.
