Since we started using Eric, we have had our bug problems disappear. The price is very reasonable and you get great service. They are very professional and polite....but bottom line is they get rid of the bugs and the bugs stay gone.

I travel for work and eventually wound up with getting a bed bug hitchhiker. Once we realized what happened I contacted Erik via the website and he contacted me immediately and got me scheduled asap. He made me feel better about a bad situation and was very friendly and understanding. He heat treated our home and sprayed. Eric and his team were very communicative through the process and very thorough. The price was great and the warranty is amazing. I will continue to use their services. They were a blessing and definitely helped me with my anxiety of the situation.

It's Bugs Or Us Pest Control did such a through and comprehensive job for us! Their attention to detail and communication far surpassed any other company, exterminator or otherwise that we've ever contracted. We brought home bedbugs somehow (my worst nightmare) and they provided both heat and chemical treatment at an affordable price. Erik gave us detailed explanations and information about what was needed and answered any and all questions we had confidently and honestly. He did a fantastic job on the day of treatment! Truly impressed with the professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. We are so glad that we hired them, and have the utmost confidence in their work! 10/10, these guys are the best you'll find.

I would give them an 8 star if it was available. They are amazing ...I have mice in garage and front and didn't even know it. They ate the wires in my car 🚗 to the the of 2200 to fix. I called Bugs R US they came out same day and put out traps and fixed my problem. I am referring them to everyone. And Also doing other pest treatment at the same time. I definitely recommend them.They are very reasonable 👌 too.but I hope this helps someone! Jillk.😎💯👍

Was looking for a new pest control service for home due to ants and wasps. After researching 5 different services, I decided to select this one. Their customer service was very good. They had good value for recurring rates and were very professional. I highly recommend you try them out. They answered all of my questions and explained everything about the service. I am definitely happy I chose them for protecting my home. I have a 2998 square foot home with 2 cats, 2 dogs and my love ones to think about.

I can’t thank Erik enough for helping me with my roach infestation at my apartment. I’m 8 months pregnant, my apartments wouldn’t help me and I felt helpless. I spent a week crying and locked in my bedroom with my 2 big dogs and my child until I finally called Erik! He came and inspected same day and came back about a day later to treat! Despite how busy his schedule was he found time to come help me. My BIGGEST fear is bugs nonetheless roaches. I can’t express the relief I feel coming back home to no roaches. If you need your problem solved, a company that is honest, and someone who is professional you need to call them.

Erik was fantastic! He was very friendly and helpful, and he didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary services or anything like that. He helped me with a big fly and maggot problem I had around my house. I will definitely be calling Erik again for any future bug problems and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. The receptionist I talked to to get my appointment made was friendly as well.

I had an Ant ,wasp, and dirt dobber problem. I called and the lady that answered was very helpful nice and professional. She looked to see if availability for today was open and I was scheduled for the same day within a few hours. The owner is who provided service for us and he advised me of the issues we had and said we should see a vast improvement within 73 hours he also is going to do a 30-day follow-up free of charge. They're competitive prices are great and I will continue to use them as a monthly service. Thank you all for helping us!
