Another vendor "stood us up" after we took PTO - Stephani got Chris over in FIFTEEN minutes. He diagnosed our (fortunately small) issue, and we had it fixed in one business day. Super professional - cheerful and responsive team.

Biggest fraud. While signing up, they told me it's a quarterly service and I'm paying for 1 full year. Hence 4 quarters. But if still pest persists, I can call them anytime for extra visit. they missed out on the service for 4th quarter. When asked, they shouted on me stating that since I didn't renew i will not get my last service what I have already paid for. I haveccall recordings. They say since they visited one extra time during winter, they are done. You shouldn't have lied while persuading to sell.
