Termites extermination should be included not extra. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TAKE MY NAME OFF TERMITE INSPECTION LIST because I am a retired 65 year old on a very very tight fixed budget. It is no way in hell I could even pay $10 every 3 months. I am $500 over drawn.

ve been a loyal customer with this pest control company for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I requested a specific one-time treatment, yet the agent I spoke with didn’t seem to understand what I needed at all, despite multiple explanations. Instead of being helpful, the process became unnecessarily frustrating, and in the end, the issue wasn’t even properly addressed. It’s very disappointing to see this level of service from a company I’ve trusted for so long, and I really hope they improve their communication and customer care moving forward.
