10/10 this duo is professional and kind. When I had a bad experience with another company they stepped up and gave me a deal because they felt bad for how they treated me. Mind you any other company would have said that sucks and probably charged full price. The son Dustin came to my place and he is fast and efficient. They are worth every penny!

I have had service over a year.i pay for service every 3 months. They came out 4/23/26. I was told they would come out in between if I had a problem. I called because of wasps and was told I would have to pay since I am in the 3rd month. I said I would pay 7/23 which is 90 days but I would like them to treat for wasps in interim but Don refused. Now I’m looking for a new pest control company

It's always easy to criticize businesses when they don't render good services, but little-no effort/time is spent acknowledging good work. I have been using Mister-B Pest Control for over 8 years and have to say I've never been disappointed with their services. They've shown me to be very flexible when I needed to schedule/reschedule service/treatment. They also contacted me if there was a rain coming in during my scheduled appointment to reschedule--making sure the treatment was effective. They've returned my calls if I had any questions and flexible when things didn't work out because of unpredictable weather. Thank you Don & Dustin for your professionalism and flexibility.

I've had nothing but beyond amazing work done from Dawn. I can't tell you how much I appreciate how quickly you respond and give me peace of mind by helping me with not just monthly treatments on the house but also my frantic calls about ants or bees. Definitely recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Mister-B Pest Control. From the start, Don was great to work with—he handled my initial call, answered all my questions, and managed to fit me into the schedule quickly. When he arrived, he was incredibly kind and informative. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing while he treated both the interior and exterior of my home. He successfully took out a stubborn fire ant hill that had been a real problem! I also really appreciated how careful and respectful he was with my appliances and property while working. We were very lucky to have had Don of Mister B come out to our property and give us a free estimate. He was very honest and mentioned that he could offer service if we wanted but he was very confident and honest what we were asking was not necessary. It's always a pleasure to meet a hardworking honest business. I highly recommend you call them out for your concerns! I really appreciate someone who doesn't charge and doesnt pressure to sell. 100 stars!

A picture speaks a thousand words. This is only two hours after Mr. B came to our house to fix our phorid fly problem. Plus, I appreciate how he gave us recommendations to buy our own products for pest control, so as not to gatekeep the solution. Highly recommended!!! To Don…we are sorry about the vinegar trap! You know what I’m talking about.

Amazing experience! Mr. Don and Mr. Dustin are professional, very kind, patient, and extremely thorough! They came out quickly after I made a call, followed up prior to the appointment, and showed up on time. Mr. Don took his time to inspect the house, did not skim over any nooks and crannies, educated me when I asked questions, and explained everything he could. They are also very fairly priced compared to big name competitors (same quoted price if not a little bit less!) but respond much faster and in my experience, I cannot emphasize enough, the thoroughness of the examination and extermination services provided. Highly recommend to give them a call and chance!

They are priced perfect for the job they do. Honestly we get door to door salesmen often offering pest control telling me that they can beat or match any price of my current service. I tell them no thank you. I don't want strangers in my home. I know everyone at Mr. B. I trust them in my home. I trust the products they use. Again the results speak for themselves we do not have bugs. Never have and never will as long as we are using their service on a schedule. Trust+results+price = Loyal Customer Thank you Mister-B.

This business is awesome! They responded lightning quick, gave me an extremely fair price and was extremely effective. He got rid of my squirrel problem day one and even gave me advice to keep them out. Great choice!!!

Prices are a little steep, but it's great customer service and the treatment lasts.

Excellent. The owner and his son are wonderful. They explained everything. I even got a critters lesson. I have had them twice. Once in the old house, and now at the new. True to their word, we never saw another critter after they came out.

The guy was punctual and thoroughly inspected the area affected however he is extremely overpriced. I called several places after using his services and they all said they don’t charge a fee for inspections. I was charged close to $100 just for him to come out. So before contemplating coming this way, look for other options with good ratings. I was desperate when I made the call and it turned out to be nothing but $89+ just to come out it’s absolutely ridiculous.
