The spray techs (Jon and Barry) are great. All three ladies on the phone need a lot of training. From changing when services are due to charging for attic work and never going in the attic, I’m done. Lost me as a customer for good.

Carson Pest Management performed a rodent inspection at our rental property that lasted less than 15 minutes. During that time, the technician did not inspect the attic, crawl spaces, or walk the full exterior of the home. Despite this very limited inspection, the house was deemed to have only limited rodent activity. Concerned by how brief and incomplete the inspection was, we scheduled a second pest control company the same day. Their technician conducted a thorough inspection—including the attic, crawl spaces, and exterior—and determined there was moderate rat and mouse activity present. The contrast between the two assessments was significant. Unfortunately, Carson Pest Management’s inspection did not appear comprehensive or accurate, which raises concerns about the reliability of their evaluations—especially when hired by property management rather than tenants. Based on our experience, we would recommend seeking a more thorough second opinion if rodent issues are a concern.

Have had Troy M. as our technician for a while now. Always does a great job , very personable and knows what he is doing. He is always here during the scheduled time. Have been a customer of Carsons for 23 years now. Very satisfied with the job they do. Also want to take this time to mention all the office people that answer the phones. They have always been so nice, friendly and helpful every time I needed to call over the years. Sometimes thats the first contact with a company, and it is so important.

EDIT 7/20/21 - I am editing my original review due to a phone call I received last week, and the way the bad experience was handled. I want to take a minute to thank Deb, who called me as soon as she read the first review and went above and beyond to fix the problem. The two technicians who came out this morning also went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and very professional. I understand we all have our bad days, but it takes true values to admit where there is a problem and then to fix it. So, thank you very much! You guys have our business in the future. Initial consult was amazing. Informative, professional, and efficient. Amazing experience. I am putting one star because of horrible customer service in their main office. I had a tech come knock on my door at 8am. Initially, I had told the man who gave us a quote I would get back to him - I needed to go over everything with my husband. Life happened and I did not call back to schedule. So having someone show up at my door, unexpectedly, took me by surprise. I did not open the door. I called the main office. The woman basically barked at me saying “he’s there to service your house, why don’t you go out there and talk to him?” My reply, “because I don’t know why he’s here. He’s a stranger to me, I have littles - I don’t open my door to unknown, unexpected guests.” To which she says “well, most customers put it on their calendar’s that their tech is coming. I don’t have time to call hundreds of customers a day before to inform them a tech will be coming by.” As a person who also deals with customers on a daily basis, this was an incredibly tacky unprofessional response. I was looking forward to doing business with a highly knowledgeable company. But her interaction has caused me to find another company to handle our needs.
