We’ve had to use them for termites. They’re great! (Abby’s not termites lol) Recently had a guy named Tex come out to inspect one of the traps and he was great! He was thorough and professional and on time. Very happy with our service. And if we were to need treatment or help with any other pests we will definitely be calling back. Highly recommend them!

Justin was punctual notifying us when he was on the property and giving us a few more minutes as needed. His work seemed to be fine, but I was not there to see him work treating for fleas. I’m expecting good results. However, communication, on the whole with the company was lacking. I was parked on the phone system for long periods of time on several occasions and left message when I have questions about when it was safe t in be in the property and let the dogs out on the lawn. I tried calling Justin, as well. I was never connected with anyone. Someone should be available for questions when the treatment is completed.

You absolutely should have been able to get timely answers regarding re-entry and pet safety, and we understand how important those questions are. Long hold times and unanswered messages are not the level of service we aim to provide.<br><br>We would like to make sure your questions have been answered regarding when it was safe to return to the property and allow the dogs back onto the lawn. If you still need clarification, please let us know.<br><br>Thank you again for your honest feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
