Edit two years later: Mike is my guy. I don’t think about anything when he shows up. He knows my house, knows issues we’ve had, always asks and follows up. Hell, he knows my dog. Original. Mike T is great. Comes every month or so, always checks in with me to see if anything new has cropped up. Update March 2026. After 2+ years with Xout, I am still completely impressed with their services and customer support. John has been incredible in taking care of all the bugs and wasps nests around the house. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and super nice. I highly recommend if you need any help with pests.
