Could not recommend Craig and his services more! He helped us when we first moved into our house 5 years ago to seal up all pest holes and more recently when we had a rat infestation due to some plumbing work we had done. His services are so thorough, he is dedicated to doing the work until the job is truly done and is quick to come out to take care of any problems. I also like that he uses natural products that are pet and kid safe as we've got two littles. Have already recommended him to my friends, family and neighbors!

Craig is a gem! He got squirrels out of my attic and sealed the entrances and we haven’t had issues since. You can trust him to take care of the issues in timely manner and he will make sure you are satisfied!

Craig Cantrell came out when my storage shed was teeming with barn rats. He totally got rid of them all and rat proofed my shed so that they could not come back. That was over a year ago. They came back. Craig came back out and added more rat guard. It did the job. No extra charge. super fast response. Highly recommend him.

Definitely recommend this company! Craig has never let me down. He is professional, attentive and anytime I have called with an issue he immediately gets it handled. For example, I called this afternoon due to issues with ants. Craig advised he would try to get someone out today, if not then by tomorrow. A couple of hours later, I received a text that a technician was on the way. Rick arrived and was very professional and greeted me. He came inside and listened attentively as I explained the issue. He got to work, explained the problem and what he did to correct it. I also appreciated him putting on shoe covers when he came back from outside. Rick was awesome!! I am extremely impressed with this company.

I was very pleased with Craig Cantrell in the removal of raccoons from my attic. He trapped one mother and three babies so carefully! He was professional, friendly and patient! I am an elderly lady and he was patient answering my questions. He did everything he said he would and closed up all entries where they could come in.

There is no one better than Craig. Most pest services, and we tried others, will just set and check traps. Craig will make sure your home is "Fort Knox." His inspections are thorough, inside and out, including the roof. He will replace vent covers and fill in cracks to ensure there is nowhere pests or bugs can get into your home. He pulls drawers out, check behind appliances, and so much more. He also came over in a moment's notice to personally remove an animal, along with his dog who assisted him. There is truly no one more knowledgeable or thorough. On top of all this, he is incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. We are now able to live with peace of mind in our home thanks to Craig (and his dog Zoe).

Yall i just had this squirrel fall from my attic and in my air vent and got stuck. He was just barking and moaning. Thank you Proactive Pest Services for coming out and releasing him. When it comes to insect pests I know when Craig gets done its done right If it crawls it falls.

I've been using Proactive for almost 10 years now. The owner Craig and his team have blown me away. I have honestly not worked with a company that has made me feel like such a first priority. They have done everything from quarterly treatments of my house to protective installs and repairs on my roof (and in my attic) to prevent critters. I virtually have Craig on speed dial any time we have a problem. And when I call, a guy is at my house sometimes within the hour. Last thing: these guys go the extra mile. I just had Craig over today to look at something on my roof. He determined that it was a problem with my gutters, and then he took a half hour to fix a clog in my downspout (which ultimately wasn't his problem to deal with!). I'm just saying, these are the guys you want.

We have used Proactive prior to the most recent service and they were wonderful therefore they were our first call when a new problem came about. Craig is very knowledgeable and he and his team are always professional. Proactive will care for your home as if it were their own.

Craig provided a great experience with his service. He was very knowledgeable about the termite issue we were having. Not only did he provide service, he explained what would occur following the service (due to weather following service) so that we wouldn't get alarmed. We followed his directions, called him, he made a follow up visit and we feel confident in the service he provided.

Craig was right on time, very thorough, and knowledgeable on all aspects of my concerns. He made my emergency, his emergency and I'm grateful he was able to come out the same day I called. I'll slept a lot better that night! 5 Stars, hands down.
