Outstanding customer service the men that come out are extremely knowledgeable and helpful products and different types of pest their product treats to extinguish them completely. They are quick but thorough to handle the services you requested and they’re in and out.

The issues we had with winged termites was scary. Markin (inspector) came in, found the area of infestation and got rid of them all. He just did an annual inspection and once again SUPERB SERVICE! Any pesky bug infestation, I highly recommend them.

We had Charles Pest control out a few years ago with excellent / five star service. This month we had an ant issue that needed attention. Made the initial appointment with the CS rep at Charles Pest without any issue, great service during that call. Charles Pest was scheduled to service us the next week, the tech never arrived, and no phone call or contact from Charles. At that time we made a follow-up phone call back to Charles and they said they couldn't make the appointment due to the weather. Charles Pest rescheduled the appointment for two weeks later, and once again, they never arrived to our home. And, again, no phone call, or contact from them. No show, no call, twice in two weeks from Charles Pest 😠.

Recently moved in to a new home and immediately started having a stubborn bug problem that Charles pest was able to help with! Extremely profesional, friendly and understanding staff. I definitely would recommend to others and will continue to use their services in the future when needed!

Willie, came through and serviced our home yesterday! We showed him a picture of the bugs we had problems with with and he jumped into action after explaining. He was speedy, friendly and very professional.

I want to personally thank Willy for his professionalism and service in helping me with our wasp problem. They had been terrorizing my family for over 2 months. He went above and beyond in ridding of us every hiding wasp on a large property! Should the infestation reoccur I will not hesitate to reach out for this service again!

I am very disappointed in the customer service and quality of product! Ants streaming in my house and my kids covered in chiggers bites. I have used them many times. So this is not a one time trial. They have a 30 day warranty where they will return if insects are still seen. I had them return last year because they didn't do a good job in the yard spray and chiggers still occurred. But this year the inside and outside treatment didn't work. I let plenty of time pass to make sure their poison took hold. It didnt. Life got busy and I called two days late. 2 days! Keep in mind the ants and chiggers have been freely running around since they sprayed. It wasn't working. Their product/service was not working. When i spoke to management I was expecting to hear something like, "I am so sorry our service and product are not effective. Please let us take care of this. We will send out another technician to redo your property as we value you as a repeat customer and want to keep you." So what one would expect from a company whose product and service were bad was not what I received. The manager I spoke with actually said she would rather keep to the 30 day warranty period than keep me as a continuing and long term customer! So there is your value as a customer.

Outstanding Experience from scheduling appointment to the extraordinary service I am not only impressed I am committed to using this company from now on. I have highly recommended their services to others without reservation. You won’t be disappointed. Our service person Jeff on a scale of 1-5 I would rate a 10!
