He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and he explained everything clearly to make sure I felt confident about the treatment and what to expect. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire experience easy and stress-free. It's clear that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I will definitely be using Preferred Pest Management again in the future and highly recommend them to keep the creepy crawlers away!! 🕷️🪲
