No stars. Had to check 1 to be able to post. Curtis started out doing an excellent job. We agreed on a price and worked on eradicating moles on my four acres. After the initial first 3 visits, I began to have to call and ask when the next time would be. Long story short, I've been waiting for over 5 months of every excuse a contractor can come up with. The last 3 months, granted, the wet weather has played into this factor. However, appointments for coming out have turned into 'no shows'. He will not answer his phone when I call, will not respond to my VM's that I leave, and will not respond to the texts I've sent him. Curtis took pride in explaining to me in the beginning that this was a Veteran owned business and promised he would not let me down. Yesterday I called one more time, N/A. Got an immediate text asking.. "How can I help you...? With a customer, will have to call you back." I sent him a text back with my phone#. 3 hours later - nothing. Sent Curtis a text asking him what the problem was, that his behavior was rude and very unprofessional. Now, I'm posting. Great start, but like so many contractors, a total let down for follow up service. I would not recommend this company - therefore - no stars.

Curtis is terrific. He is courteous and very professional. He helped me battle my bug problem when my apartment complex manager was not helping eradicate the problem the correct way and neither was the pest control company that they used either. Curtis did a very effective treatment and I have not had any more issues so far. I would highly recommend Curtis for any bug treatment.

I recently hired Pest Outbreak to deal with a growing invasion of ants that had decided my kitchen was their new Airbnb. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical at first — I mean, it’s not like I love ants, but they were tiny, polite, and only showed up when I had leftovers. But when they started bringing in their entire extended family, I knew I had to take action. From the moment I called Pest Outbreak it was clear these folks were no joke. The technician, Curtis, showed up like an exterminator version of James Bond—sleek, confident, and carrying a mysterious, almost intimidating bag of tools that probably contained gadgets for bug annihilation, or maybe just a lot of Raid. Either way, I felt reassured. After a 30-minute consultation, Curtis explained that my ant problem was "small potatoes" in the grand scheme of pest control. He mentioned some big words like colony eradication and nest disruption — words that, frankly, I would never have used in my life if I hadn’t been forced to Google them post-visit. But the confidence in his voice convinced me that the ants were about to experience a very bad day. He did his thing, and I’m happy to report: the ants have disappeared, like a bad ex who suddenly realizes your pantry is not their personal buffet. But that’s not all! Bonus points for the fact that I haven’t seen a single cockroach either, and they’re always lurking in the shadows, plotting their next grand entrance. But now? Silence. Sweet, cockroach-free silence. So if you’re dealing with a bug problem and you need it handled with the precision of a laser-guided missile, Pest Outbreak is your squad. They got rid of my ants and my unreasonable fear of creepy crawlies. And they did it with a smile.

Call them they are the best! They came out quick and helped me with a wasp issue on a second story roofline in Waxahachie. Other companies in the area I called don’t compare to how quick, courteous and fair they are! Would refer them anyone that needs pest control services!

We had just moved into a new house in a new developing community. The builders didn’t seal up the garage wall to the house completely and we got a couple of mice. Pest Outbreak caught them quickly and sealed up the hole for us! No issues since.
