Michael kelly lawn company Everything went on well until the second service. The owner, Michael was reasonable. The first treatment was effective. So I was very happy and expected a long term solution for the lawns. However, for the second service, when the tech came to treat the lawns, my cameras in the backyard didn’t send me any messages and didn’t capture any activity of the technician. He most likely didn't treat the backyard but gave me the invoice for the full service! I called them several times to confirm if the tech treated the backyard but most of the time it’s the answering machine. Several times I was lucky to have a receptionist who asked the same questions about my information again again and promised a call back but I never got a call back the whole week. Then one day, someone suddenly came to treat the backyard without notifying me. But this time, the cameras caught this technician’s movements in the backyard! I called them again. While I was complaining that I was always told to wait for someone to call me back but I never got any call back, the receptionist didn’t have patience to listen to me. She hung up on me! At this moment, I know I have to move on. The owner eventually called me back and I asked him to cancel my service for the obvious reasons.

It's disappointing when you fall short of a new client's expectations. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet June's expectations with our service even though as she noted she was getting good results. We reached out to her before each treatment (we only treated her lawn twice in 2 months) as per her request with the phone number we had on file but for some reason, she didn't seem to get our notification as quickly as she needed or wanted. <br>I spoke with her on a Monday after we had been out & then followed up with her Wednesday, I even offered for her to hold her payment for services until she felt comfortable that we had done what she we had been billed for, she went ahead and paid for the services done after we had made sure her back yard had been service but cancelled our service the next day. <br><br>

These guys are basically miracle workers! For years I battled issues with goat head stickers in my front yard. I tried everything to get rid of them to no avail. The stickers ended up everywhere, they were in my car, my shoes, rugs, pant legs...it was miserable. I received one of their advertisements and contacted them out of desperation. My only regret is that I didn't call them years ago. They got my sticker situation under control within a couple of months. The owner is responsive to calls and the staff is very professional. I highly recommend them for all of your lawn needs.

I have what I thought a crabgrass or Johnson grass problem on my lawn. The owner, Mike is very knowledgeable about diagnosting and treating local weeds and provided a treatment plan for removing the rescue grass. After one application, some of them has started to recede. I look forward to the follow up applications to get rid of the problem entirely.

Kelly Green saved my lawn for me a couple of years ago . i thought it was dead but after talking with them i took a leap of faith and hired them. i am so proud I did. My yard is really doing great now. i would highly recommend them for any yard care. Of course i have to do my part of keeping it watered and watch for any problems cause they certainly do their part!

When I moved into this acre lot, the place was covered in weeds and giant wolf spiders! It had never been cared for. 3 months later and my lawn was green and gorgeous. I've enjoyed it ever since! Kelly Green Lawncare is a miracle worker.
