Alpha and Omega Pest Control

Please hire more cautious/safe drivers. Had one tailgate me so bad that I wouldn't have been able to safely break if my life depended on it. Once he got a clear opening in the lane next to me, he sped through one of the busiest roads in the area. I noticed it's the same driver from the review below. KCZ0613

You all have employed a driver who needs to go back to drivers ed. Driving like a bat out of hell going down Crowley Rd, in Fort Worth Texas. Ridiculous. Get ready to pay a huge settlement soon. Plate: KCZ 0613

Whoever this driver was needs to be retrained and taught how to be a safe driver. He didn't let others merge and drove recklessly. No driving courtesy.

DO NOT USE Alpha and Omega Pest Control if you have a rodent issue. We initially contacted Alpha and Omega regarding a potential mice problem. Although we were uncertain about the severity, after learning that spotting more than three mice could indicate an infestation, we decided to seek professional help. We explained the situation in detail, highlighting the presence of droppings in various areas and describing all the mice activity. The technician , Kevin, spent less than five minutes in the attic. When asked about the presence of droppings, he confirmed there were some but didn’t provide any additional information about the severity of the infestation. His recommendation was to place a bait box in the attic (which is not advisable) and another outside, with instructions to contact them again if the problem persisted after 30 days, indicating a more serious issue. Unsatisfied, we sought a second opinion from ORKIN. Their team conducted a thorough inspection, checking the exterior of the home for entry points, marking them on a chart, and taking extensive photos of the significant droppings. They also showed evidence of mice tunnels in the insulation. ORKIN provided a comprehensive solution that directly addressed the severity of the infestation. Unfortunately, I spent $250 with Alpha and Omega for inadequate service and would strongly advise against using their services.

Horrible experience with Alpha and Omega which is disappointing as we try to support local business. Have had them out twice to treat for carpenter ants which keep coming back. This last time they were supposed to send someone to really investigate what was going on, he forgot our appointment. After waiting for over an hour, leaving work early to meet him .. I will never do business with them and can’t recommend them. I have never been offered an apology, or understanding, just the run around and that these things happen.

I called to get a pest control service from them and they scheduled me for 10:20 in the morning. They called back to reschedule me for between 4 and 5 this past Saturday which worked better for me. Long story short, the technician was a no call no show. They called me Monday saying there was a note to call me in my chart. I called back an hour later and neither one of the phone numbers worked, it gave me a busy signal to the number provided and their other number disconnected me every time I tried to call. I could not get through to anyone. Unprofessional and disappointing. They wasted my time. I also want to edit that they said the technician called me and could not get through- I waited by my phone until 5:30pm. I received no call, no voicemail.

I thought inspection is free,it ended up wasn't free but got to pay 200 dollars for the pest control ,only for the kitchen and outside trailer costs that much and the spray outside didn't even work,roaches and spider still came from outside,until my husband used the popular bug spray from home depot,it worked like a charm!!! Do it yourself is better than using pest control!

I'm sorry but I can't recommend or respect any company that does not respect your time. I wasted over 2 hours within two days waiting around on this company to show up. Needed two properties sprayed. Office lady either won't call at all, or will call 20 min after the scheduled time to inform you they will be an additional 30 minutes late. Unbelievably terrible customer service. I do not blame the technician, he was kind and did his job. The office on the other hand, is rude, ridiculous and needs to get it together. Hopefully the product works and I will not have to call in on the warranty. Because I would prefer to never schedule with yall again.

Your driver going down 35 last night near Crowley around 6:45 was incredibly dangerous. I watched him almost hit multiple vehicles with no lights on.

I had an appointment with them for a Thursday at 3pm (made the appt 1 week prior). Angie called me on the morning of my appointment and asked if I wanted to move our scheduled time up one hour to 2pm. I informed her that my schedule for the afternoon only allowed for the 3pm appointment, and she was okay with that. So, 3pm came and went and no one showed up. I called Angie at 3:40pm to check status and she said that they got hung up and would be there on 15-20 minutes. I told her not to bother. I would have been more understanding had they called to let me know they were running late, but that didn’t happen. No call, no show is the one of the worst things you can do because it shows an utter lack of respect for my time. If they’re willing to treat me this way when they’re trying to earn my business, I can’t imagine how bad it would get if I were an established customer.
