Zero stars for this one! Sadly A1Pro is way overpriced and they make you feel obligated to stay, even when you’re unhappy with the service. On top of that, their customer service is terrible, rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to work with you or hear you out! I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go with a company that values its customers.

The owner lady is very rude and disrespectful. Please be aware that this company puts you on their automated system and forces you to get their services even without a contract. They are very deceptive. They harass you that you have to pay because the automated system reserves a spot for technician to do services. Keep in mind I don’t have any contract or obligations to obtain their services after making them very clear that mine is on a needed basis. The owner female calls you and harasses you about paying for unwanted reservation spot. She’s very rude and unprofessional.

I scheduled pest control service for my elderly parents in Brownsville, TX, and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I live out of state and called ahead on June 25 to explain the situation. I made it clear we suspected rodent activity and needed a thorough inspection and treatment, regardless of the package. I was also assured I’d receive a phone call on the day of the appointment (July 7) with updates, and I specifically asked that the technician not speak with my father, as he isn’t in a position to make decisions. None of that happened. I received no call or update. The technician spoke directly with my father, contrary to my clear instructions, and now I have an invoice but no idea what was done, what was found, or whether the issue was addressed at all. To make matters worse, it has now been 5 days since I contacted the company requesting a callback from a manager, and I’ve received no response. They’re quick to take your money, but there’s no accountability when it comes to communication, follow-up, or even confirming that the service was performed as agreed. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns. Update on 7/18/2025: To clarify, not once did this company call me. I have had to follow up with them every single time. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and dishonest they are. I can only imagine how much they would have tried to take advantage of me and/or my elderly parents had I accepted their services. A-1 Pro, you need to do better.

Unfortunately, we received no reply.<br><br>Our licensed technician proceeded with the scheduled rodent inspection, as discussed, and spoke with your father who was present at the home. As part of our professional process, a full inspection report including photos and a detailed summary was sent to both your email and phone via text. Additionally, a clearly labeled estimate for recommended treatment was provided—not an invoice.<br><br>After receiving this, you contacted our office and were extremely disrespectful to our staff while demanding a refund for a completed and documented service. Management returned your call the next day in good faith, but unfortunately, the conversation quickly became unproductive due to the tone and nature of the demands.<br><br>As a company committed to respectful and solution-based service, we made the decision to deny any future appointments due to the complications and lack of cooperation encountered. However, we did inform you that resolving the rodent matter was still important for the health and safety of those in the home.<br><br>We’re sharing this reply to provide clarity and fairness to all parties involved. Rosabla and Veronica are always so helpful when I've had to reschedule appointments. All the technicians are kind and courteous. Alex and Edgar have provided service for us the most, and they are the best at explaining the treatment process and directions after the treatment to keep our indoor pets safe. I really like their service. The people who have come to my house are friendly. They always let me know a day in advance so I can have the house ready. I consider the poison to be of very good quality because even though I'm about to have my next appointment, if I see any insects near my doors, they die without me having to do anything. The protective barrier lasts a long time, even inside the house. 👏

So unprofessional.. send me an email for an appointment and upon arrive stating they wanted yearly payment.. my contract expires In December. Tech calls owner and she was so rude asking why I wasted their time. I DIDNT schedule the appointment they did!

This company can not be trusted. All their employees are thieves. Items in your home will go missing. One of their employees stole my son’s iPhone 15 and later admitted to the owner he stole the phone and the company did not do anything about it. This is not the only case. There are other known cases where their employees steal from their clients home. I suggest if you are seeking a trustworthy company, A-1Pro Termite & Pest Control is NOT The One! They are not trustworthy. If you have an existing contract with this company I suggest you terminate them immediately before they take something valuable from your home.
