We just used Metro for the first time and couldn't be more pleased! Ochuan was so helpful in figuring out where our problem areas were and explaining what we could do on our own to mitigate the issues, as well as what he was planning to do himself. He took his time and thoroughly treated the inside and outside of our home. He was very kind and we will definitely be requesting him for future treatments!

First time calling Metro, but wonderful experience. Ochuan came out did a through examination to help get rid of a sugar ant issue in our kitchen. He explained his process and listened to my concerns. Definitely recommend Metro and Ochuan.

Very very upset right now!! I've been a great loyal customer for 3 years, I absolutely love my technician Ochuan! Loved Mrs.Gabby! Now she's gone and the customer service sucks.I got service yesterday which didn't get finished because Megan told me a time and I waited at that time..and nothing so I'm busy I had to leave..so my service wasn't complete. I called and asked for it to be completed and she said it couldn't be. Call today about it and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong at the time?!? Absolutely not ma'am you told me the wrong time and adamently argued you were right?! Terrible attitude and customer service from the office! And now all of a sudden they're not servicing my area anymore and I need to find new service?! This is absolute trash and I'm very upset the way I was treated and talked to by Megan and now I have to find someone new after years of being comfortable with my service and my technician!? 0/10 do not recommend dealing with her or the company cause obviously being a great customer and loyal customer..they're just going to throw you away like nothing..😞 terrible experience.. thanks a lot metro 👌😒

Good morning Jennifer. I'm sorry you feel as though we've not met your expectations. There are however 2 sides to every story. We take great pride in all the services we provide for our customers. From the front office staff to the technicians in the field, we do our very best. With 44 years in business we know what it takes to be a successful, service oriented company. We all make mistakes but we always try our best to make things right with every customer we have the opportunity to serve. Your service was scheduled and entered in 2 of our scheduling programs for a specific day and time, approved by you. Because you are much further out than most of our customers, we make 100% sure about the service date and time for our technician to be dispatched to your home. We also provide follow-up calls the day before. I know you felt there was a discrepancy in the date and time but you didn't return any calls after the initial call to schedule the service, nor the day before your service. We kept that day and time open specifically for you when we were in your area. When our technician showed up for your service no one was home. Our technician waited approximately 20 minutes, serviced the exterior of your home but no one showed up. We have other customers scheduled for their specific time so we could not wait any longer. It would not be fair to our other customers to show up late for them. I'm curious why we never received a return phone call after attempts to reach you the day before and the day of the scheduled service. After speaking with Megan, who is one of the best schedulers we've ever had, said you were extremely rude over the phone and would speak over her demanding we make a 40+ mile trip back for the service you didn't show up for, at the time it was initially scheduled. We simply could not have done that. You also mentioned to Megan that you've been with us for over 4 years and that you've been an outstanding customer. Now in this review it's been 3 years that you've been an outstanding customer. I had the office staff pull all of your services, the last minute cancellations and the day of your initial service. Our first service for you was 2-21-24. Not exactly 3 or 4 years. We regret this has happened and apologize for not meeting your expectations. As far as previous employees that are no longer working for my company, all previous employees were justifiably removed because of extremely poor work ethics, dishonesty and unprofessionalism within my company. These are things we simply will not tolerate. We have an extremely good reputation within our community and pride ourselves greatly for this. Honesty and integrity has been the backbone of our success since 1981. We hope you are able to find another professional pest control company to provide your services. Thank you for the 1 year and 6 months of doing business with us, we greatly appreciate the opportunity.

I have 2 houses on Metro’s accounts. I love our current service person, Mr. Bouie. He is very thorough, asks if we have had issues and respects the homes.
