Acme All Pest Exterminators

My wife says lady over the phone was very friendly when they set up a date for a walkthrough/estimate. The downside was they never showed. No call to reschedule either. They have great reviews so we were looking forward to their services but i guess they’re just too busy. If you call to schedule, keep in mind they might not show up!

I am beyond pleased with the outstanding customer service for my 'frantic' call to remove a very 'frantic' rat from my garage. The person who answered the call was so calm and reassuring. Within minutes one of the owners called to arrange for service for when I returned home. Within an hour, Dennis, arrived and took care of the problem, left me with supplies and brought in my trash can! This company is EXCEPTIONAL.

Dennis and his family are the best. They are honest with integerity. I have nothing but positive things to say. Dennis has saved me a lot of $ the last couple of years. Trust me, I have called a ton of pest control companies before I picked Acme.

My experience with Acme was nothing short of amazing. Dena walked through the process and provided a best and worse case scenario a long with options. She really put my mind at ease about my pest issue at my rental. She was able to setup me up with the technician (John) the same day. John was very nice, thorough and professional. He provided great detail of how the issue occurred and remedied. He also offered additional services as preventative measures. I had to call back to pay my invoice and got the pleasure of working with Lisa. She confirmed my services and made payment submission easy.

Terrible service! Didn’t help the problem im still dealing with ants & a bad odor! I spent my last on this service and it didn’t help if anything I’ve seen more ants since the service!!!!

Leaving another review because my husband thoroughly rechecked the areas that we had live/active termites and because of the treatment ACME provided, we are offically termite free!! Not a single live termite in sight!!!! We could not be happier with the customer service and actual services provided!

Very thorough, very friendly, and very responsive. They make sure the job gets done right and at a honest price. I highly recommend them. I called them at 2:52 pm on January 2nd, which was a holiday for the company being the Friday after New Year’s Day. 2000+ ants appeared in my pantry in just the hour after lunch. I luckily got ahold of ACME, and they were at my house within the hour! They got there so fast my wife and I couldn’t even finish clearing the pantry before they got to us. They were very thorough. They put baits down. They crawled into attic spaces looking for the continuation of the ant trail and further treatment opportunities. They waited patiently while my wife and I finished emptying the pantry for them to do further treatment. They offered advice for further things we could do as homeowners. They showed empathy even as they were the ones working on a day off. We felt very well taken care of. We were in such dire straights that late on a Friday, I forgot to even ask about price over the phone before they came out. When the invoice finally came for their exceptional effort, rather than charging me extra, their price was still less than another company that I had used 35 days prior that obviously didn’t do as thorough of a job.

Called them for mosquito control and they tripled down! Covered mosquitoes, ants, fleas and ticks and who knows what else! The owner personally came out and explained everything and absolutely delivered 100% If your looking for an honest pest control company who delivers and solves your issues, these guys are who you need! I will be using them for all my pest control needs forever after today. And we live right by the bay!

I was given a referral for Acme pest control and I was SO glad I went that route!! They came out for an inspection and did the treatment immediately the same day. They were VERY easy to work with and so nice. 10/10 service and will always recommend them to friends!

Dennis & the ACME team provided A+ service to our home. They were excellent in communication and very respectful! This is by far the Best exterminating company I've ever come across. I used to work for the apartment industry, so I've come across multiple companies in the past. This time, I needed personal help for my home and had no idea who to call on to actually get the job done. ACME is most definitely the one! Everyone is extremely informative to help you understand the process; and their product really works! Amazing customer service and amazing results! What more can one ask for! I'm excited to use them long-term for the outside maintenance to keep the pesky bugs away! 🐛🐜🪲

I haven't used Acme All Pest in a few years (because I haven't had to), but if I ever need an exterminator, they are who I'm calling. The employees were nice, and the exterminator was great, thorough, and the price was fair.

I used Acme for an event I was having last month. Dennis fogged our whole yard because I was worried about the flies since it was going to be an outdoor event. Oh man were we impressed, we had no flies, were able to sit and eat comfortably since the flies were trying to attack our food and the best part that it lasted for days. I will be using Acme again next week for another event and all my future events. Thank you Acme for making my event bug free.

What a great company!

This is the place to call if you have any issue. We had two other exterminators come out for a mouse/rat problem but they could never resolve the issue. These guys came out and caught a possum for us. So not rats at all. They are true experts and took the time to really explain every step of the way and the entire game plan. They were really responsive and thinking of us even when we had the tornado come through the surrounding areas. Such nice people, really the experts. And they even sent us a video of our possum friend going back into the wild far from our home. 10/10 would recommend.

This company has been great! When ants decided to take over my master bathroom shower they came out and took care of not only what was going on inside, but outside as well. Making sure ants didn't continue to come in my home. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much!
