Poor and awful management. I do not recommend ever giving them your business. Go to any one of their competitors and you’ll get a better service for a fairer price. The administration is incompetent and very much offer no help with your inquiries. A nasty and very unpleasant company. Sad excuse for a business.

Jean cares for my yard as if it’s his own yard. He’s very pleasant and professional, going the extra mile to transform my yard from a graveyard lawn to a Hollywood lawn. I had the worst yard when I moved in and Jean totally transformed it to the best.

My yard looks pretty great! Have a question? One side of front yard is Bermuda and the other is st Augustine. How can we fix this? Would prefer St Augustine on both sides.

I'm so glad that you asked, Jonathan! I am quite pleased with your services with one caveat: the lawn crew simply will not blow off my front porch. Both porches are small and would only take another 5 seconds of their time to clean. Most Mondays their time input is approximately 17 minutes which includes unloading and re-loading the equipment so, surely it is not too much for me to expect the front porch to be blown. Been using citi turf for over 10 years, for all my landscaping needs, my yard and landscaping look so awesome with them servicing it and awesome pricing for a professional company, that all my neighbors starting using them also in bozman farms, they have done extensive landscaping for me, from planting 32 holly trees to front coloring, yard treatment , mowing, root injection, flower beds, etc, from the office staff to the workers to the owner, very professional , honest , competitive pricing company , !

My loan was a complete mess before CitiTurf start working on it. I had more crappy weeds then good grass. Lawn became to really good condition until the end of the first season and now it’s already few years. I can’t be thankful enough.

If you live anywhere near a property this company services, be prepared for your mornings. They arrive early and spend close to an hour on a single ordinary lawn, cycling through mowers, trimmers, and blowers one after another. I genuinely don’t understand why a regular residential lawn needs this level of attention every single week, or why it has to start so early. It is loud, it is disruptive, and the same result could clearly be achieved in a fraction of the time at a more reasonable hour. If you’re considering hiring them, my honest suggestion is to find an independent local landscaper instead. You’ll get the same lawn with far less noise and disruption for everyone around you, and the money goes directly to the person actually doing the work rather than to a company in the middle taking a cut.

We were reluctant to hire a lawn care service because when we had done it in the past, the effort and results were underwhelming. Citi Turf has exceeded expectations. The work they do is consistently at or above our standards. Plus, our lawn was patchy (and ugly), but now it's green and lush. The staff is great, including those in their customer service department. They respond quickly and reach out whenever the weather causes delays. We began enlisting their support with other services, too, like the Christmas lights service. They make that easy, too!

We've been customers of CitiTurf for many years. They have always provided exceptional service - our landscape never looked better. How do we know this? We were awarded "Yard of the Month' in our community. WOW. And too, we were very concerned about our Red Maple tree that was losing leaves on a specific branch. We had an arborist look at the tree and they said, 'sun scorch.' While there was some degree of sun damage, we didn't feel quite right about it ALL sun damage based on the continued leaf drop and branch die off. We asked CitiTurf to take a look. Our technician was very kind and knew we were concerned. Diagnosis - FUNGUS. The damage stopped after treatment was applied. SO HAPPY. We highly recommend the CitiTurf team.
