If you need a house inspection Bryan & Bryan is the best choice! They have great customer service and Chase did a great job. He showed us every little thing that needed to be corrected and was very thorough. We had our report within 30 minutes of the inspection being completed.

honestly impressed by the service. I think the inspector ended up being at the property for 5 hours taking pictures of everything. He managed to identify one major issue with the property I was buying and recommended two options for trades to come help investigate it further. My inspector also talked me through the report over the phone the day after to make sure I understood all the parts of the report. I'd recommend this service and particularly my inspector Adam Jones. Would be happy to use them again.

Purchasing a home is daunting... purchasing a home 1100+miles away from the new home is downright SCARY! However Nick did an awesome job communicating with my relator and helping us to understand the issues that arose during the inspection. He was responsive and thorough and quickly turned around the report so that we could get it back to the builder. It was quite eye opening the importance of having an inspection on a new build. Edit: Unfortunately I feel the need to adjust this review. We've had to make some repairs around our house within the last year, and a few of the items that were signed off on by the inspector were very clearly broken - per our contractors - at the time we purchased the home. I understand that when Bryan & Bryan completed the inspection it was in a season of peak demand, but when you're relying on folks to give the greenlight on a major investment I would have liked a little more thorough inspection that could have caught some additional issues. Original review below. Comments on communication still stand; they did an excellent job on that note. We had an excellent experience with Bryan & Bryan, specifically with Tom, our inspector. Very quick to set up an inspection, Tom was exceptionally thorough, even called from the site to review with us, and their report was comprehensive. Moreover, they do a great job of leveraging tech through the whole process. Made scheduling, coordination, payment, and receipt of the inspection very easy. Well done, and I would recommend.

I contacted Bryan and Bryan to complete a home inspection. They were very professional. The inspector, Aaron, called to let me know he was en route to complete the inspection. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough. After the inspection, he called and relayed the key points of the inspection. He also insured that he locked all the doors and left the property secure. I am delighted Aaron was assigned to inspect my property and would highly recommend him to others.
