Would leave 0 stars if I could. They continue to call and text me about service even though I have politely declined. I even informed them I went with a different company and to please remove me from their list. They KEEP CALLING. Not to mention they are overpriced for the services they provide. I have zero complaints about my current company and am only paying fraction of what Brooks was trying to charge me as their "best deal." Brooks is a Ripoff. They came out on the initial call never came back out for 3 months and I received a 300.00 bill. Called them and was told it was a system issue and don't worry about. 4 months later they came out and said this is for free after I have told them I want to cancel and to not come to my house. Now I have received alert that that I owe. I called in to tell them I want to cancel and he is telling me I can't. Look I will have you trespassed and harassment charges on you if yall don'
