This company reminds me of customer service 50 years ago. This man Mike Hall came and spent 30 minutes with me at no charge or pushiness to buy anything before we decided to use them. He just educated me on what was going on and how to resolve it. A real kind fellow too. We not only chose Flatline to help us, but we were out of town when they came. We left them the key to our home with confidence. They did a great job, and we never worried once about something being damaged or stolen. We will work with Mike and Flatline from here on out. I have started using them for my quarterly pest control for both of our properties we have. They were very professional and showed up exactly when they said they would. I always try to use a local small business whenever that is possible.

My family and I had tried out various pest control companies in the past, and had many very underwhelming and unsatisfactory experiences. That was up until Mike treated our property. He treated our home for mosquitoes (during the summer aka their worst season) as well as brown recluse. Not only was Mike’s service satisfactory, but he went above and beyond for us each visit. He was consistent, thoughtful, and genuinely took the time to make sure all of our needs were met along with other extra things we hadn’t even known we needed to begin with. Highly recommend for all of your pest needs if you want the job done properly, thoroughly, and thoughtfully.
