Killed a million bugs. Didn't get them all

They did an awesome job getting in to fix my floor joices. And also took care of our mold problem after buying a house. Their competitor was supposed to fix the floor joices before we bought it, unfortunately after closing we found their competitor lied and covered it up instead of fixing. Dale came in and got his crew on it in a couple of days, and got the job done right so we could get the rest of our floor done in time to move in. Thanks again!!! Would highly recommend!! I plan to have them inspect our crawl space anually so hopefully we won't have any big issues in the future.

Seriously, use anyone else. Pest control may be fine, but everything else is a nightmare. So they don't really deserve the business. Did not ever ask for a termite inspection, yet someone was sent to act as if they'd done one and drop a bill on our step. Eventually got that dropped. I was home, we have locked gates, we have motion sensed ring doorbells that were never activated, and there's literally no way they could have done an inspection. We are new to Union City. Previous home owner listed Nixamite as someone to use for joist work. Getting the job 'completed' was a ridiculous process. After that headache, we were billed more than we were quoted. Eventually, after weeks, got the bill back to original quote. Soon after the job was 'completed' we realized a huge dip had developed in our dining room. We called week after week and eventually got them to come look at it. They said our weight bearing wall was sinking. Quoted $300 to fix it. While it was being 'fixed', one of the workers noted that it was sinking because there was not a joist fixed closest to that wall. So, basically, we were being asked to pay for their mistake. They put a jack in place to keep the wall from falling further, but never completed the job. Just started sending bills for $100 over the quoted price and ignoring every single phone call and message made and left with them. We now have a late fee tacked on to a bill for a job that was never completed and was only needed because they did their first job wrong. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review for a place. But our experience with Nixamite has been nothing but a headache and we'd like to help prevent someone else from the frustration we've had to deal with.

Dale and his crew are amazing. Great hometown folks. Got to us fast and very reasonable in price.
