Brandon was everything you hope for but don't always get when you hire a service professional. When my wife and I called Top Flight about critters getting into our attic space, Brandon replied quickly, was prompt in showing up, and was professional but very friendly. He presented clear options, he didn't use scare tactics, he was a great communicator throughout the process (always keeping us updated) and he followed through after the work was complete. I've used him twice now and would use him a third time if needed. The first time I utilized his services was to remove over 100 bats from my attic and protect my home from being reinfested. Brandon came to my house to check out a raccoon problem. He went above and beyond to ensure that I am free of any further raccoon problems. He inspected the attic and the point where the raccoon were getting in the attic. He gave complete instructions as to what we need to do in the future. There was no charge for the inspection.

I called Brnadon with Top Flight Wildlife and described the issue I was having at my house. Brandon was able to fit me in his schedule and came over within a couple of hours. When Broandon came over I showed him the area where I thought we had some rodent issues. After accessing the area he quickly diagnosed the issue that I was having.
