Jeffers Exterminating

PJ won’t even show up to residential. Just call someone else. Waited over 6 weeks for him to show up. Nothing.

I called them they came once and I asked about them coming on a regular basis due to the seasonal insects and bees they said yes gave me a appointment and I never heard from them again they never came back after saying they would. They only go to ppl they know and like it seems. I know I am not the only person who has dealt with such poor service. So unprofessional never seen a company like this. I wouldn’t recommend them personally.

I called a local exterminator because I thought it would be better for follow-up visits if there still exist a problem. I own a rental property and wanted it safe before my renters moved in the first of August. I called Jeffers and yes, they did come and service within a reasonable time for $150.00. I was told there would be a small fee if they needed to return. Well, I needed them to return and I called them back. I was assured that they would be back within the week. That was over two months ago and I haven't seen or heard from them to present. Now, I am forced to call an out-of-town Extermination Company and start over again with large first time fees. If you need to rid your dwelling of pest etc, take my advise and call a trusted long-time known name Extermination Company.
