This use to be the best pest control company around but since it's changed owners it's not the same. The rep that came to my house tried to get me to purchase more than I wanted! The company charged me one price and the rep charged another. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I was confused, a couple of months later I get the higher bill, you all need to get it together. Just not the same since the dad passed on.

James pest management is the best! Are tech Brian Hardison is very professional. Absolutely the best to work with! First tech that was sent to are home wasn’t as pleasant and as knowledgeable as Mr. Brian since then we have requested him to service are home, we recommend you to request Mr. Brian all your pest services. You won’t regret it!

I have used James Pest Management for years! Have always been very professional! Wes is my guy! He's the absolute BEST!! He is very professional and polite and always goes beyond! Wes is THE BUG MAN!!

These guys are the absolute worst. Did a terrible job. Left a bee hive on my front porch. Just knocked it over with a broom stick and left it there after I told them my wife was allergic. Called for a refund, the owner personally called me back to say horrible things to me and berate me. Stay far and clear.
