We recently had Andy and his team complete a landscape design and installation project. They completed the project in 2 days, much faster than we expected. Looking for a honest and hard working team, look no further than SignaturEstates lawn and landscaping.

Last spring, I hired this landscaping company for a large project after meeting with Andy, who presented himself as highly knowledgeable about plants, maintenance, and trimming. Although this company was by far the most expensive estimate I received, their professionalism and apparent expertise convinced me to move forward with them. Unfortunately, the results did not meet expectations. The trimming was acceptable, and the flower bed cleanouts were somewhat adequate, but the new plant and shrub installations were extremely disappointing. For one, they left the tags on many of the new plants, which I had to remove myself. They seemed to have used the smallest plants available, and despite my concerns about whether certain plants were suitable for the area, Andy assured me they would thrive. Less than two months later all the flower beds were absolutely filled with weeds. The briars and weeds they promised to remove had grown back. Within a few months, nearly half of the new plantings had died. When I requested replacements, he claimed the plants were not guaranteed—despite previously stating that all plants were covered and specifically assuring me he would replace any that failed. Eventually, after many requests by me to fix the issues, he did replace some of the expensive dead ferns with inexpensive iris bulbs, but that didn't happen until September. Additionally, an area that had been filled with dirt and seeded for grass produced only crabgrass and weeds. Overall, the quality of work did not justify the premium price. I have since found another local landscaping outfit that does much better work for a fraction of the price.

We can’t say enough great things about SignaturEstates! They took the time necessary to design exactly what our lakefront home needed, and then they worked tirelessly and professionally to put it all together. Their honesty, integrity, and respect for their customers is unmatched in this business. They are there when they say they will be. They work from daylight to sundown to get it done, and each and every day they bring their A+ game. We love our yard, and are very thankful we chose SignaturEstates!

I really appreciate The A Team cutting my lawn at the last minute and in the rain. The guys did a great job. Look forward to new lawn projects in the future.
