We own a few short term rental properties and Optimus has been an incredible service for us. We are on a quarterly plan with them and enjoy the peace of mind knowing they service any issues between those sprays. I appreciate the fact that they always call me back if I leave a voicemail. Optimus has been a huge help to making sure our properties are clean and comfortable for our guests!

The gentlemen that came to our trailer were very polite and professional! They went above and beyond to explain everything they were doing and now I know WAY more about roaches than I ever expected to. Lol Very good deal and comfortable people to be around. It was fast and it has been 2 weeks and we can see noticeable improvement! We will Definitely have them come back next month! Great company! Thank you so much!!!!

Joseph Rainey is always on time and professional. I have no problems with him interacting with my renters and family if I am unable to be there. I have tried several larger / national companies and Optimus has a better service, price, and definitely better people. I would highly recommend them for and pest problems you may have.

Customer service is Awful. Over the last two years, they sent a different person, each time. They cant keep good people. I did NOT like a new person entering my home every time. I specifically made an appt, with the office mgr, for the man that was here last time. Based on his schedule. Again, another new person. All my neighbors have quit Optimus.

I have never have a service technician so rude or disrespectful in my life he told me I was the reason for the pest problem However I live in Nashville this was my mother’s house. Never ever use this company they are totally unprofessional and do the worst work ever What a disappointment
