EXCELLENT service. On time, as promised. Gary Williams was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Removed a large yellow jacket nest inside my kitchen wall. Got stung in the process and kept on going. I hope I never need their services again, but I’m certainly keeping them in my contact list. Caroline in the office is pleasant, courteous, and flexible in scheduling services to meet your busy schedule. Thank you!!

Gavin is polite and respectful and is very knowledgeable. He let us know when he arrived and when he left. He gave us instructions on how long to keep our dogs inside after the flea and tick treatment.

Once again for the 3rd year at least, maybe more years, Gavin was polite, informative, and efficient. He arrived on time, let us know he was about to spread the flea and tick material. He gave us time to get our dogs in the house and told us how long they had to stay off the treated area. He let us know when he was finished as well. We appreciate the office staff as they made scheduling this task easy and kept us informed of the date!
