They charge you for doing nothing! Ever since we started our service with them, we've continued to have problems with roaches, mice, and spiders. They claim to be addressing these pest issues, but we still see them in our home. Whenever we call to report ongoing problems, they come out again and charge us for another service, even though the previous treatment didn't work. I discovered an oriental cockroach in one of my glue traps in my apartment. Cook’s Pest Control is the free pest control my apartment complex provides so I submitted a pest control request and they came by a few days later while I was at work. I left out the glue trap containing the roach so they could see it for themselves. They left me a note, signed by an exterminator who I believe was named Dave (couldn’t fully make out his handwriting), claiming that it was not an oriental roach but rather

This company is awful. Complete waste of money and you won’t notice any difference at all in your pest issue. Most of the techs they sent to my house have looked extremely shady like there on drugs or criminals or something. I wouldn’t feel comfortable having them in my house if I wasn’t there to monitor them.
