East Tennessee Pest Control

I have been a client for three years. The last 9 months, three monitoring periods, I have not seen the person check the traps, if we are not home the security cameras are on. If we are home the dogs are in the yard or in the house. Either way they go nuts when anyone opens the gate. I paid all my bills on time for the last three years. The inspector is supposed to leave a inspection sheet when he comes. I have not received that sheet for 9 months. Not on my door or in the mail, but the bill comes on time. The office says the inspection sheets probably blew away in the wind. I am canceling my service with them and they will not be servicing the new house I am building. I am certain they have not been doing the monitoring I have been paying them to do.

Loan company contacted this business to possibly perform a termite inspection. Per the loan company, nothing was actually requested/confirmed. Company sent inspector out with no phone call to homeowner. Price quoted started climbing based on out buildings, a tin shed and a chicken coop made out of pallets. Tin shed has no wood in it, why? Needs a little more professionalism.

Beware. These people came and did a termite inspection on a property I’m buying in Morristown. The inspector called me and said there was NO active termites that he saw but on a old wooden step that leads into one of the out buildings there was evidence of termite damage that had happened in the past. His solution was to treat the entire property which would only cost about 1600.00 up front. He forgot to tell me about the 30 day charge for coming out to check whatever it was they were gonna put in the ground. Could have been every 90 days. So they wanted me to spend all this money on Treating for termites they never saw. Hmmmmmm isn’t that convenient???? Oh yeah and I was charged a low low price of 125.00 for their expertise. I could have gotten someone at Walmart to do what they did and for a lot cheaper.

We have had a wonderful experience so far. They came out on a Saturday to do a termite inspection for the house we were putting in an offer on. Gave us estimates for termite control if we purchased the home and we're so patient with the mortgage lender process asking for details. We bought the house and we have East TN Pest taking care of it for us. Very happy! Everyone is friendly and very respectful of our new home.

Yes, I had them for over a year. They never did get rid of my roaches. if anything they got worse.
