On our 4th month and if anything the problem has gotten slightly worse... They are usually late and run through so quick ... I don't know if they are watering down the spray they use or if it just sucks but if we go through this whole year and still have roaches I'm going to small claims court with it!

Unfortunately, we got a 1 year lease because of roaches originally, it Didnt get rid of them so we had to move. They won’t let us cancel without paying the whole thing and theyre spraying for spiders now. Still isn’t doing ANYTHING. I do not recommend. On top of the man who sprays talking about inappropriate things when he came in talking about roaches being quote on quote “corn stars”. Made my husband extremely uncomfortable. So dont get sprayed in house now. Idk , this place sucks. Just a big scam

Not really doing the trick these days. Maybe not putting enough spray down. Had to come back out, and was recharged . kinda upsetting.

The front desk woman needs to be relocated to the back room or fired. I tried obtaining a termite report after a week the service was completed and the woman at the front desk never answered her phone and had the worst attitude. As somebody serving the veteran community, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Every time I asked for an ETA she refused to provide me with a timeline and brushed me off.

Always prompt and polite. They take good care of my house.
