Having been a long time customer of Critter Wranglers I was highly disappointed in my recent service. I waited 3 weeks for a technician to place traps after being promised 1 week response no follow-up had to call the office on week 3 to see if they were coming. The tech never introduced himself just came and went no feedback. On day 5 he pulled the trap and said were are done didn’t catch anything. When I questioned his method in mentioned the only way we had success was with covered traps ; he stated he never covers . I asked if he would extend the trap time due to failure to catch he said sure for another week at $495 He said to me I have 50 people waiting and left. I called the office and talked to the office manager and was basically told policy had changed but did offer $50 off on another week. So I am stuck paying $495 all the while the skunks run up and down my driveway. Buyer beware

I could go into a long story about how one of the local companies here in Karns screwed me over on my pest control by not delivering on what they sold me even after repeated trips but the bottom line is that these guys did exactly what they said they would and did it faster than they said it would take. We had a problem with wasps making a nest under the eaves and we called our current pest control service with the situation. They said they would call back after checking with wildlife people, and they never called back. I then called Critter Wranglers who were very helpful and set up an appointment for the next morning. Nick came out after texting he was on his way (which I appreciate), and completely took care of the problem to our relief. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We changed our pest control service to Critter Wranglers on the spot. We liked their approach to all around pest control including insects, rodents and termites. I would highly recommend their services- no surprise they are so highly rated.

I can’t say enough about the customer service this company provides! I had a Barn that was riddled with rats and couldn’t get ahead of it. I was able to get an appointment within the next day and Branson came out, knew exactly what we needed to do. He said realistic expectations about when I would see results. He has come out every week to check my bait boxes to ensure that my problem is resolved as early as possible. The office is excellent! They’ve gone out of their way to help others in the Community. They send multiple reminders and calls of service appointment. Highly recommend this company! You can’t go wrong.

We heard squirrels dancing around in our attic, so I called Critter Wranglers. They were recommended to us by our neighbors also living in Lenoir City. A handsome, polite and charming man, named Bradley Sweat arrived. (I call him Bradley “Sweet”because he is!!!!!) (In a very masculine way.) Anyway, after several weeks of having to crawl through our attic to trap the squirrel family, Bradley accomplished the mission. He also secured the soffits to ensure that the squirrels won’t return. We were very impressed with his diligence and great personality!

I love and have used Critter Wranglers for years! Derrick did the inspection last week and was extremely nice and explained everything needed! His attention to detail in know all about termites and how to spot them was incredible! He explained everything and the importance of getting this under control. I really appreciate him working with me, since this was unexpected! Very nice and great at his job!! Yesterday, Nik (the tech doing the job) arrived early and stayed all day doing a great job all around! Nik explained everything as soon as he arrived, which put me at ease knowing everything that he had to do. Plus, at certain parts of the day, i would check on him and ask question, which he was always happy to answer! This was no easy job, with all of the drilling, spraying and crawling around under my house, but Nik made it look easy and was just the nicest guy to have on the job! I highly recommend Critter Wranglers for all your home "pest" needs, and i cannot say enough about Nik representing the company!!

They helped with a brown recluse infestation I had in an old house. (I tired 6 other pest control companies before them and no other company really knew how to treat for brown recluse) Critter Wranglers KNOWS THEIR STUFF. I started noticing really bad woodpecker damage to the siding on our house. We had never dealt with carpenter bees, but recently learned that they will bore into wood and leave their larvae. Once the Woodpeckers smell this, they peck into the wood to eat the larvae and leave your wood looking pretty bad. Most of the damage was 30 feet in the air since our house is pretty tall, so we obviously could not fix the damage ourselves. Critter Wranglers started a 2-stage process. Bradley came out and patched the holes in our siding and painted them. He then installed scare devices to deter the Woodpeckers. Bradley was really competent and professional and even came back out when we heard a noise that turned out to be one of the scare devices brushing against a gutter. He adjusted it free-of-charge. Part 2 was the carpenter bee treatment that Branson did. As always, he was friendly, professional and fast. I'm hoping this does the trick and that we can keep the carpenter bees at bay. I would definitely recommend Critter Wranglers to anyone. They are honest, hardworking and charge competitive rates.

Woodpecker damage tied to carpenter bees is something we see fairly often around the Knoxville area, and it can get pretty destructive if it isn’t addressed early. Once woodpeckers start hunting the larvae inside those galleries, siding can get torn up quickly.<br><br>I’m glad to hear Bradley was able to get the damaged areas patched and painted, and that the deterrent devices are doing their job. Those situations can be tricky when most of the activity is 30 feet up on the house, so having the right equipment makes a big difference. I also appreciate you mentioning Branson’s work on the carpenter bee treatment. Stopping the bees is the key step so the woodpeckers lose interest in the structure over time.<br><br>We really appreciate you trusting Critter Wranglers with the project and for recommending us.
