Will not call back . Text them they respond to message the next day when you respond to that takes them a 2 nd day . On third day the responded crickets.

He is a true professional and consultant. Unlike other companies, who hire others to simply spray, Jerry troubleshoots to understand the issue and to get to the root of problem. We have only used Jerry for years now, and we would never go anywhere else.

We have had a HORRIBLE experience with Whites. We had a hard time getting in touch with them for a follow up. I personally called 3x and my husband called as well. When I finally got in touch when them, Mr. White was EXTEMELY rude. He told me he was not interested in servicing me and hung up. I was not rude, loud or aggressive. I just explained that we had not seen much change in the pests and that we had tried to reach him. I have never been treated so rudely but an established business and I will never recommend or use whites, again.
