I've used A&B for a termite and pest inspection twice now. Each time they've been prompt, courteous, thorough, and went above and beyond. I couldn't ask for a better company to help.
Had a bug issue about 3 weeks after our initial house spray. I called the office on Monday at 8 AM and was told she would call me back within an hour. I called back at 4 PM because I had not heard anything back. She had me text a picture and said it would be the next day (Tuesday) that one of the guys would look at it and get in touch with me. Once again, I never heard back from them. So we have chosen to go with another pest control company that has already came out and handled our problem…

unprofessional..viewed our yard.. having problems with dogs getting fleas..guy said I will go to the office, and they will call you in a day or two with a plan...going on almost 6 days ...and you want my business 😏 😌
