Very Nice, Prompt and haven't seen a pest since you left!!

I have used Arrow Exterminators for quite a few services - Carpenter Bees, Carpenter Ants, animal removal, termite inspection, etc. They have always been very reasonably priced and professional. I would definitely recommend them for your pest exterminations requirements.

We have used them before on another property just a few months ago back! Called for another address to be serviced 1 time. The man even does my neighbors home. Well he messaged prior in the day to confirm and I again said a one time service not every 3 months! He gets here and mentions 2 times someone else is coming to inspect , I said I have an ill child and can’t have no one else in here. He blows me off. He gets done spraying and again says he’s waiting on someone! He then stomps across my yard telling me to sign his phone for a contract. I said no sir I asked for a 1 time service. He got irate and visibly agitated and aggressive!!! No man in any service profession should ever stomp towards a woman in any situation! Period!! Needless to say my husband came out and seen him hovering and being mean so he asked him to leave. Funny he listened to him but not me! Never again! Steer clear of these agencies hiring these men.

I know what time they will be here and they are always very accurate within a few minutes. They are thorough and ask if I have any insect issues inside. I haven't had any since I started using their services.

Fast friendly service thorough easy to work with they like to text which I appreciate they don’t typically spray inside but they will if you want them to they will go the extra mile I highly recommend ARROW SERVICES!!!

Ineffective treatments, ignoring messages requesting further treatments after providing evidence of bugs still infesting, claiming to have moved furniture to spray for Carpet beetles but furniture was never moved and more. I have contacted Nick via text as he requested and after he told me he’d get back to me about scheduling a treatment as the first several did not work, he has not responded in over a month and a half. He verbatim asked me to put my trust in him after the first person who was sent out lied to me about the services rendered and I did, but now the bugs are still here and I’m being ignored. I even called a few weeks ago and asked the front desk to have someone contact me on the chance that my messages had not gone through, but no one ever did. I really gave way more chances than should have been necessary and I really wish they would have just honored their word and finished the job. I sent photos of larvae a few weeks after the initial treatment, then after that I sent another to be told it was normal, and then I sent another photo of an adult beetle and was told the window is up for my payment and I’d need to pay more for another treatment even though I showed them consistently the first did not work. Nick told me that he was not aware of this conversation between me and his colleague, and said he’d be in tough with me about the project manager Jacob coming out and making it right, which never happened. Now we are moving and will likely be bringing the bugs with us to our new home. Overall very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Easy to get scheduled

Treated for all the lovely bugs. A great service he spread granular as well. I live in a very live area and they were dropping before he was done. Thanks for the local service. I'm thankful 🙏 update December 2025 again updated march 2026 . one quarter down and no bugs. Thanks again for being there.
