I want to brag on Sarah in McKenzie. She is quick to work you in, and always come and is so helpful and personable. She is so patient with my dogs and whatever mess my child has made in the home! SerVall is lucky to have her! She is 5 star service every time!

Servall is a joke. You will never be anything more than an account number to them. It doesn't matter how long you've been a customer, how many times you explain the situation, who died, or if you're mourning. 120 bucks is enough for law offices to contact you to collect on their behalf.

They are very curious and do their job the way it should be. Also if u ou have a problem with something they will come back and make it right.

Call 3 times no one ever returned my calls

I called twice within the past 6 months awaiting a call back but never received one therefore I called HTP in Huntingdon to service my needs instead. It's probably due to my initial request and it not being a guarantee on a contract but just know that the competition took the time to promptly call me back as well as get that contact. Customer service goes a long way and generally wins everytime. Servall did not do well at that.

So far the spray even kill spiders in my home. Only time will tell.

Am looking at a home to.purchase and the floors are nothing I know how to fix. Contacted Bank of Gleason and James quickly recommended,.from.success of using services, Mr. JACKSON. Upon his call to me, he was polite, willing to contact realtor for access to home and without having a confirmed agreement for work to be completed was willing to give a quote. Being new here and very worried about being taken advantage of by lame contractors as a single female, I was confident with 60 years in business and his 20 years working for the company that I was provided a safe company by my banker who has my best financial success at the front of his agenda. Receptionist was rude!! I asked how they treat homes with pets and was told, “We’ll just have to try to put where they won’t get it; That’s all I can tell ya.”
