Since I couldn’t figure out how to leave a new review for Brandon’s hornet removal, I’m editing my previous review for Shane and James mosquito treatments. It was very interesting and a little scary, watching Brandon do his thing removing the hornet’s nest in an azalea bush right next to our house. He did a great job at a very good price! He actually raked up the debris, bagged it and the nest and took it with him. He tried to keep the nest intact but it was entangled with too many limbs. I highly recommend Mosquito Squad and Brandon for your hornet and mosquito issues!!! James, check out the extra lot! I finally got time to clean it up for you so you didn’t have to worry about tripping over something and Shane L is the one who shows up to spray. Thank you both for the great job you do!!!

Since I have had the Mosquito Squad service, I have been able to enjoy being outside working on my yard and relaxing with my favorite drink. No more worries about mosquito stings. This is our second season using them and we are happy with the service. Haven’t had any issues with mosquitoes and has kept down flies as well. We have a great tech that treats the yard. Any time a day wouldn’t work, I would call and they had no issues changing around the days. Also like that they have your scheduled days online to see for the entire season in case changes need to be made. Pricing is reasonable to other companies. Picture enclosed of our great tech!

Second treatment this yr. Not much change in mosquitos. Technician completely missed a third of my back yard. I also noticed when he came around the front of my yard the backpack sprayer was empty but he kept spraying. So not sure when it emptied and how much of my yard was actually sprayed with treatment. I’m not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I’ve complained about this one technician before, but they keep sending him to my house. UPDATE: MS came back out next day with a complimentary treatment. Much appreciated. I can definitely tell a difference in mosquito population. Hopefully the same affective subsequent treatments will continue. Updated to 4-stars. UPDATE: 9/17/2025 - subsequent visits have been satisfactory. Thank you.

The Mosquito squad guys have been spraying my yard for 6 months. My mosquito problem has been terrible. After they spray, I am mosquitoes free for 3 weeks. I only wish it lasted longer.

They were great with showing up as promised throughout mosquito season, but it seemed that the treatment wasn’t effective after the first couple. I would go out about an hour after the spray, and have several of mosquito bites in minutes. Disappointing. Perhaps it’s the chemical they use? I might try another service next year and see if it’s any better.

Sometimes it does require a little extra juice to get rid of them all so we do guarantee all of work. So, after a treatment if you are still having troubles you can give us a call and we will send a tech out to perform an additional treatment and inspection at no cost.

They probably do well for mosquitos, but unfortunately for our tick situation we did not see a change. In reading other reviews, I did not receive an invoice at my house, but that may be because it was all online. I am sure that they are good at their namesake, but perhaps try someone else for ticks.

We’re truly sorry we fell short of your expectations for the tick treatments. We have gone to online completion notifications as well as paper notices this year. The reason being paper notices have blown off the front door or lost when someone else may enter before you do.

Do not use, we are currently fighting them on a bill in which we never received for services that we're never rendered. We have security cameras around our house and never saw any mosquito squad employes come to our residence. If one had come they would have had to notify us as we have dogs in our backyard so there would have been no way for them to have access unless we were notified. Sent us to collections after receiving a histhos text demanding payment.

Thank you for responding. After months of letters, emails, phone calls and a certified letter with no response; I had no choice but to send your account to collections. I had a text conversation with your wife on 9/17/18 but nothing afterward.<br>I know services were rendered and the original invoice was left at your home in May because I performed the services myself and I’m the owner.
