We had someone come out to see if we had termites after finding a few dead in our sunroom. First, the woman on the phone was extremely kind and patient and we were able to send a photo to ID the bug before making an appointment, which was convenient. They were identified as swarming termites, so we were able to get an appointment within a few days. They came over, diligently did a visual inspection, and showed us how to check for termites ourselves so we can keep an eye on any issues. Thankfully, the termites were just dead swarmers who made their way inside - no termites for us! And we were charged nothing at all for the visit. I will certainly be using East Vol again for any kind of pest issue. Great people!
