I called and left a message. A few hours later they returned my call on wed., saying they would come to our home on thursday, sometime in the afternoon. They would call back to give us a time. They never called back and never showed, even though we said we would be here in the afternoon. Very disappointed, trying to use a local business, close to home.

Mr. Styles is everything you want in a professional exterminator. This is an extremely knowledgeable family owned business that takes it's businesses seriously. If you are in need of an exterminator, then I highly recommend Styles pest control.

Mr Styles and his sons are super. They won't tell you that you need services just to get your money. They are very honest and professional. And best of all, they are Christians. I recommend them to everybody.

Harold, it’s been just over a year since you told me that 26 years of shelling out for termite coverage was only good on the den addition by the previous owners – never stating the main home which we were paying you to protect from insect damage was a liability. The discovery of extensive termite damage should have been uncovered by any crawlspace check during the several years prior as multiple joists were compromised. The initial expense to address your failure was over $50,000 – and more will be needed to resolve the wall cracks and shifted floors in the home. Folks, the firm can squirt chemicals at bugs, but real protection and peace of mind is what you want. I’ve upgraded to the liquid barrier treatment (green disks) installed around the exterior of the home plus moisture control (sump pumps and dehumidifier) in the crawlspace by a different firm. I don’t want to hear or see the “Bugman” again.
