A++++ Very honest, reliable, great communication and EFFECTIVE! We had an ant problem and they came out right away, treated the whole house and the ants were GONE!! They were reasonably priced and didn't try to upsell us; said the treatment was good for up to 3 months. I HIGHLY recommend them 😃

Shannon’s pest control is the best around! They come out as often as u request, there on time when they say they’ll be there. There very professional ppl. The spray they use for inside an outside does not harm animals which is a supper plus cause we have fur babies. Ever since we have been using them we have not had no problems with spiders or any other insects. Would most definitely recommend them!

I absolutely love using this company. They are always in time and very thorough with everything they do. They communicate well with me and make sure I understand everything that they are doing and why they are doing it. I would highly recommend. They are the only company that I have used out of 3 others that have made sure that my problem was taken care of. They are amazing at what they do and I will continue to use them and I hope if you are looking for a good pest control company that you give them a chance! I don’t think you would be disappointed! In the consultation I told the owner we had cameras outside of the house so they would be aware of being watched as well as where we were hearing the infestation. We weren’t home when he came so we watched the footage. Which revealed that the man was here for a little under 3 minutes. Just long enough to place 4 traps….one under the opening of the porch (not even a single trap was left under the actual house) one on each side of the house. Really if we had not had cameras we would have been paying $130 for less than 3 minutes of work and 4 traps that had poison in them. Which is something we have already done ourselves to resolve the issue and WAS NOT what Shannon and I had discussed on the phone. I called and left a voicemail as soon as we watched the footage and received a call the next morning at 9:38 am (Saturday) . Where he told me that’s what we discussed and the total time his employee was here did not determine the job he done. Which to me is hilarious because then he proceeded to tell me this employee had previous complaints on his work in the month he had been with his company. I told him I would pay the $25 cancellation fee but he told me no and him or some guy came and got them a little after we got off the phone. Anyhow this whole review is my experience with Shannon’s pest control. I hope your experience will be better than mine.

First, I want to thank you for your review. I had not claimed my business on Google prior to it, and it inspired me to do so. I apologize it took me so long to reply, as I had to get my business verified through Google first.<br><br>In most cases, the preparation for this type of service is done before arrival. We put the Protecta Evo Express bait stations together, label them and fill them with bait. Approximately 20 to 25, 10 gram packs per station. The only thing that needs to happen once we arrive is to sit them out. This bait and method is different from store bought baits and stations that can be purchased at our local stores.<br><br>As far as not putting one under the structure, my tech informed me there were pipes coming out of the crawlspace opening and being run to a camper. I was able to validate this when I came out to retrieve the bait stations. The tech contacted me and let me know where he placed the bait stations and why he did not crawl under the deck. I assured him it would be fine that the treatment should still be successful. Given the trash bags on the back deck, and you letting me know that this was an area of great activity, the proximity of the foraging rodents would find the station.<br><br>Your bill was not $130; it was actually $150. What I failed to communicate clearly was that the stations and bait alone have a cost of over $100, we even include a second visit one week later to check the stations and rebait them as needed, and to see what progress has been made.<br><br>My technician has not had any complaints, I did say that he was fast and that I wanted him to slow down because I allot him plenty of time for the jobs and that sometimes the customer might misconstrue efficiency for a subpar service. I just wanted to make sure that he did a good job.<br><br>The message on the answering machine was at approximately 5:02 PM on Friday evening after we closed at 4:00. We are closed on the weekend as well, but I wanted to call you Saturday morning to try to explain the service and address your concerns instead of waiting till Monday.<br><br>I admit, I truly do not understand how I was so unclear on all the aspects of the service and price considering how many times I tried to explain it. I remember specifically referencing restaurants and how the bait stations are put around the outside perimeter. In full disclosure, the price for the service and follow up trip in all honesty was going to cause me to lose money. I was willing to go ahead anyway because I was just wanting to help. And yes, I did turn down the cancellation fee due to you being unhappy.<br><br>So unfortunately, in less than 24 hours my wife and I came out and collected the bait stations which had already begun to see activity. Due to you being convinced that what we were doing was not going to work.<br><br>I truly appreciate your review for the learning and growing process it has turned into. I pray the best for you and your family and hope that you were able to find someone to satisfy and resolve the rodent problem you were having.
