Fairway Lawns of Nashville

I was told that this company has bought out a company I had been previously doing business with for many years. The other company is PureGreen. If this information provided by that company is false please let me know so I can update this review. If it is true they are trashing your name! A technician by the name of Tyler apparently was given my account. I had been a PG customer for a very long time and dealt solely with a woman named Sharina. I have learned she is taking personal time and not working as many hours this season. This forced me to utilize the phone number on the website a few times. Which is unfortunate because it appears that phone number leads to a call center for incompetence. All 3 times I have used the call center line the services have been messed up. I take care of 100's of lawns across middle Tennessee and my clients trust me so I need to have a company that I trust to provide the services for them that I do not provide regularly. Until this year one of those companies was PureGreen. Tyler seems like he is not a service tech and just a salesman. He doesn't feel it is in his best interest to actually EARN my trust and apparently doesn't understand that my clients are not going to commit to an unproven product. They advertise they do not require contracts and things run on basically a subscription type platform. However Tyler will not come out for one visit, you have to sign up for a program that at the least is 5 visits according to him. Seems like a scam to rope folks into hundreds of dollars. As a small independent company myself, I cannot afford to commit to 5 visits per client I send them and pay upfront for services only to have Tyler fall short of results and my clients feel like they've been charged for something they didn't get. For one lawn this may not seem like a big deal but over 5,10, 20 lawns if they aren't meeting my clients expectations and my clients don't feel like they should have to pay for shotty results I definitely cannot afford to continue to have Tyler costing me money. I would think that some money is better than no money TYLER! Take some time to prove yourself and earn my client's trust as well as mine. For years before you came along Sharina and I had a great thing going. My clients were happy, I was happy, PureGreen made some money and everything went smoothly. Happy trails TYLER.

Fairway has serviced our lawn for 4 + years after we left other lawn companies who did our lawn. Their device has been thorough and really effective, and they have been willing to come back and treat "pesky" violets. And they are priced reasonably. Really recommend them.

Late summer, I switched to Fairway Lawns Services, per a referal from a friend. So glad I did. The service is superior to my previous Lawn Co. The services are top notch and my yard seeding filled in extremely well. There techs are very polite and well versed in there jobs. Can't wait till next spring to see how beautiful my yard will look. I’ve been using Fairway Lawns for two full seasons and their annual service has definitely improved my lawn’s health by keeping those hard to kill weeds out and helping my fescue flourish and stay dark green.

Our lawn has never looked better. We’ve tried other companies and “at home” care but nothing compares to our service with Gavin. He’s great and so friendly 😊

Paid over 3 grand for weed, mole and mosquito control and I still have all 3, more than ever before! If you call and complain, you just get excuses... I am over it - going back to Mosquito Joe's and TruGreen next year. Don't waste your time and money with empty promises!

Worst my lawn has looked in 17 years when we have typically been envy of neighborhood. They are happy to upsell but poor on solutions. Looking for someone else to save my lawn.

This company is incredibly incompetent. The amount of miscommunications and consistent issues are unbelievable. They miss services, do too many services, apply services I didn't sign up for then charge me, and have sprayed on areas I specifically asked them not to.

Does not return phone calls does not return messages online – then they say call them to work out problems but they won’t answer the phone.

They charge for work that has not been done.

This company performed services that I did not authorize 252.00 in one month plus monthly service. They did not call ahead and let me know what service they were performing I cancelled

Been using these guys for several months and still have weeds in our yard and now bare spots where grass won’t grow. Great benchmark is the neighbors (connected yard/s) who use a different service and don’t have the same issues. Very disappointed.

Had them taken care of my lawn. They did not follow there treatment schedule. He treated my lawn with a pump-up bottle sprayer.Some of my lawn nice and green and other spots brown.Tec cam to treat my yard with bottle sprayer.What a scam. Do not use or trust this company. Have video cameras show him not doing what I paid for.I canceled this scam company.

They overseed our Zoysia back yard with Fescue. I saw the worker do it. After raising the issue to management they denied they did it, then they came back and sprayed it again with a pre-emergent which the "manager" swore would kille the fescue. As a follow up, most of the Zoysia in our back yard is now dead. We refused to pay them for the service, which they have now sent to a debt collection. Poor quality and very poor customer service. Would never recommend them to anyone.
